To actively promote and provide a service that allows men to move beyond the limitations of male stereotypes, and discover their own uniqueness.

History
MensTrust formed as a charitable Trust in October 1998 from a group of men wishing to have regular quality personal development courses and support groups for men in Christchurch. Since then MensTrust has initiated workshops, support groups, a radio program 'Men about Men', seminars and a network for communicating the needs of men to our community.
Men receiving support from MensTrust have:
- realised they do have choices
- found the courage to change
- improved relationships with themselves, partner, children and others
- found renewed purpose and passion for life
- closer friendships with men
